Hello, this is Fabi here! My love for cooking and baking grew after my adoption of a vegan lifestyle five years ago. As a university student there weren’t too many options, so I found myself having to improvise to recreate the dishes and desserts that I was used to enjoying, but this time just using plants!
Eventually, I started cooking and baking for my friends and they were quite surprised that scrumptious baked goods could be enjoyed without using any eggs or dairy!
As the vegan lifestyle became more popular in the UK and worldwide, I found that the plant based food scene in Hong Kong has been slow to take root, with baked goods and desserts being especially hard to find.
Being able to make delicious vegan food more available to everyone is the goal and so Eat with Fabi was born to bring the plant based food experience to the treats we all know and love!
Our cinnamon rolls are 100% vegan, baked fresh on the day. We make everything from scratch ourselves to ensure the highest quality. Hand-rolled, cut, baked, and glazed.
Our intention is to provide you with treats that are better for you, the planet and the animals.
