How Do I Place An Order?

The rolls come in boxes of four. There are a limited number of boxes each time, so it’s first come first served!

When & Where Do You Deliver?

We do not have a set schedule as to when we offer our rolls, due to current kitchen availability. However, each pre-order date will state the available pick up times. You can also get the latest updates here on our website and on our instagram (eatwithfabi).

What Payment Do you Accept?

We take payment through FPS, bank transfer or PayMe. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, sorry!

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

We understand that life can be unpredictable! Let us know the changes you want to make at least 3 days beforehand, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. We may have to charge a fee, depending on your changes.

We make all our rolls fresh and from scratch, so unfortunately we are not able to accept any cancellations. We may be able to move your pick up date, but we cannot promise anything! Just drop us a message at least 3 days before your pick up date and we will try our best to help!

How Long Do Your Rolls Stay Fresh For?

We make them fresh on the day, so they are best enjoyed on the day of collection!

If you are not able to finish them in one sitting, store your rolls in an airtight container and refrigerate them. When you are ready for some more, pop them in the microwave for around 15-30 seconds the next day. (Time may vary in different microwaves, please be aware that the glaze may melt).

The rolls can be kept refrigerated for 3-4 days.

We do not recommend keeping rolls with dairy free whipped cream overnight as the whipped cream will dissolve when heated in the microwave the next day.

Are Your Rolls Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans?

Absolutely! We are a 100% vegan bakery, so we do not use any animal products in our rolls. However, we do not recommend our rolls if you have a dairy allergy, as other parts of the kitchen we use may handle dairy. There may be cross contamination, please order at your own discretion.

I Have a Nut Allergy. Do You Have Any Nut-Free Rolls?

If you have a nut allergy, we do not recommend our rolls. As some of our rolls contain peanuts and tree nuts, and there is a high risk of cross contamination. Please order at your own discretion.

Do You Have a Shop?

We are an online bakery, so we do not have our own physical store.
